Neck skin slitter
This machine is used to slit the skin of the neck lengthwise.
The length of the slit is adjustable. The machine's wide
range of settings mean that it can be used for slitting necks
of a wide range of ducks (Barbary, Peking) and turkeys of
varying weights.
