Cropping machine
This machine uses controlled addition of water and air to
remove the oesophagus and trachea of the duck. By controlling
the rotation speed of the cropping drill and adding water and
air it is possible to leave the skin around the neck intact.
This system, developed specially for ducks makes it possible
to process multiple varieties of duck.
